Brigham's recognizes the concerns of our consumers related to the potential presence of undeclared allergens in food products. Brigham's does not have dedicated lines for manufacturing and packaging most allergen containing products. Due to the known hazards that undeclared allergens pose to our consumers with food allergies, we have fully implemented allergen control programs at all of our manufacturing facilities to prevent cross contamination. These include: employee training, ingredient and product segregation, processing and packaging controls, labeling reviews, and verification/ validation programs.

In all facilities the allergen control programs have been reviewed and confirmed to meet and/or exceed industry standards and expectations by recognized third party auditing firms. All recognized food allergens contained in any of our products as per formulation are clearly identified in the ingredient declaration located on the lid, side or back panel of the package.

Brigham’s is committed to supporting the communities in which it conducts business. Since dairy plays an important role in achieving good health, the company's community support efforts are focused on organizations that assist children and their families in the areas of health and nutrition.

Organizations are welcome to apply for in-kind donations for community events. Please note that organizations must apply at least four weeks in advance of your event date. Once selected, organizations will be notified as to how they can pick up their donation. Only one donation can be administered per year per organization. Thank you for contacting us regarding Brigham's Hot Fudge. HP Hood purchased the Brigham’s Ice Cream business in 2007. Hood has made the decision to exit the hot fudge business and focus solely on the ice cream business. We apologize for any disappointment.
